This program has been accredited by the Law Society of Upper Canada for 1 hour toward the annual Professionalism Hours. This program has been accredited by the Law Society for 3 hours toward the annual New Member Requirement.
This session is free of charge in exchange for a commitment to provide summary advice at the Wellspring LTD & Employment Law Clinic at least two times in the next twelve months.

The Wellspring LTD/Employment Law Summary Advice Clinic occurs twice each month and is designed to help people living with cancer understand their legal responsibilities, rights and options with respect to LTD, return to work, general employment law issues. The Clinic is a Registered PBLO project and volunteers are eligible for extended malpractice coverage from LawPRO.
